How to make fat arms skinnier with excerise?

I know that you can't target one area of the body to lose weight, but is there anything that could help make fat arms skinnier? I'm really embarrassed of my arms that I actually hide them all the time because of the flabbyness. I'm tried of doing that. I just want any advice and or tips from anyone who has had "fat" arms and had made them skinnier. I have 2 pairs of dumbbells, one pair is 2 lbs and the other is 5 lbs... I know that I should be working on my triceps but I'm not sure if I'm even doing it right at all and I don't want to injure myself too and I'm not sure if I've been using them right. So it would be also helpful if you can add any work out videos or tell me how to do use the dumbbells lol. I would appreciate it very much

I'm interested too since my arms are one area i haven't seen any change in, despite doing some resistance training.0

you don't want to hear it but cardio...if you want to TONE them use resistance bands. They are cheap and easy and difficult to seriously injure yourself. You can always watch professionals on youtube to make sure your form is correct, I would watch several to make sure you are getting good info. Good luck.0

and try youtube for tricep/;bicep workouts. also u could check out bodyfit.tv and search for some arm workouts (she's a beast so you'll have to adjust them to you)
THe videos will help you make sure your doing them right, try them out infront of a mirror so you can check ur form ( i know that sucks but its important )0 -
Any kind of exercise that works your triceps would help tone that dreaded arm flabby.

I got the wave by the firm and it helped me tone mine up ALOT. Plus they get smaller by losing weight. oh and 30 day shred will tone em! but I would do 3lb weights at first.0
