What are some methods that you use to stay on track with healthy eating?

That would depend on your time restraints, I personally try to find all the healthy food that I actually like to eat and keep to that, but I can also stand eating food that basically tastes like cardboard.
But I have to say the biggest thing to do is to have a goal, realistic is normally better. But back when I was making money, I would still go out with people but I would just have hot tea and water, except once a month I would eat and drink with everyone else, just because I'm bad and spoil myself (it is technically fine to indulge once in a while, just don't do it a lot)0 -
I agree. I would say a good way is to shop on Sunday, meal prep for the week with your main meals. It is hard to stay on track but having some unhealthy options a few times is not going to destroy all your progress either.0

Small goals. For example I want to get up this hill without being out of breath.. If I eay and sleep right this helps0
