How many calories do you average for dinner?

Dinner is always my biggest meal and I wonder how many calories others consume during their evening meal. For me, 500-750 around 6-6:30pm and I have some kind of snack around 8pm and go to bed around 10.
Not necessarily looking to change right now but curious.

I pretty much have the same numbers as you OP, with a snack at 8pm.0

200-400, 500 on a good day. I get hungrier during the day than at nighttime and it's easier for me to deal with hunger at night than during the day.0

3-400 if I cook for myself, 500 or so if I'm cooking for DH and I... I prefer a small dinner and lots of snacks after instead0

800-1000
If I'm running behind on my macros I sometimes feast and end up having a 1800-2200 meal to hit my macros lol0 -
During the week I balance all at 300 - 400 calories as I eat more during the day.
On weekends these dinners can 2/3 of all my calories usually.0 -
800-1500 as it tends to be my one large meal of the day (although sometimes I eat the 1500-calorie dinners in 2 servings a few hours apart, but I don't always log them as separate meals).0

300-500 most days of the week. On Friday, can be upwards of 2000 calories.0

300-500 which is what I average for every meal. Sometimes breakfast is a little lower than the rest, but not much.0

I'm 500 - 700 on average. sometimes less0

I save most of my calories for night. Dinner (and ice cream if room) is about 900-1000 calories.0

I'm in the same range as you. I tend to have 40% of my calories for dinner. Sometimes, that includes a drink or a nighttime snack, but not always. I think it's mostly because I'm not sure (haven't calculated/weighed) what I'll make for dinner, so I like to have a little buffer.0

Around 1000.0

Usually 1600-1800, not counting dessert.0
-
Around 300-500 on week days, 400-800 on weekends0
-
It's individually my biggest meal - 500.0

During the week about 800-1000, on the weekends 1400-2000. I eat only one other meal/snack. Most of my calories are consumed at dinner.0

Anywhere from 500-1000 calories typically. To put it into perspective, lunch is anywhere from 400-800, and then there are snacks either during the day or after dinner. Ultimately I don't try to allocate calories to a certain meal other than bare minimums so I don't have to skip one.0

500-700 as an average.0

Pretty much the same. Around 600-800 calories, depending on exercise and whatever...but usually in the 700 neighborhood. I tend to eat a very small breakfast of about 200 cal, and then 400-600 at lunch and the rest of my calories at dinner.
I don't snack at all (personal preference, not a targeted plan type of thing). I just include snack-type stuff, sweets, whatever, in with my 3 meals.0 -
Depends whether I count the Scotch before, the wine during and the beer after.0

700-800.0

Thanks everyone! I don't have a target calories per meal but that seems to be how it works out most days.0
-
110 calories? How is that possible?0
-
1100 to 1500 on standard running days, 2000 on long run sundays
it's my biggest meal of the day when I get all my cal/macros hit0 -

Well, I don't want to give anyone any bad ideas lol. But, in my case, I consume the most calories in the morning, so I don't see a smaller dinner as harmful.0
