I am up and down by 2 pounds all off the time. I feel so discouraged my nutrition is not so good. I am now trying to work on that more. Any advice?

Depends on what you're doing and for how long, etc... There's no mention of how long you've been dieting/exercising, what kind of exercises, etc. You have to realize that there's no silver bullet here too. Eating less and moving more will work, but it's not perfect; you're human, not a machine. If you've just started, only weigh yourself once a week. Start small by quitting sugar and drinking more water. Using the excuse "it's hard" needs to stop, if you ever use that!0
