YOU GO GIRL! YOU GOT THIS!!!
<that's what you wanted, right? Just cheerleading without any factual information that would help, right?>0 -
Sarcasm I love it !! No, what I meant is don't try talking negative crap, just give a product name used or heard of and that's it. There is no need for bad talk. I do accept criticism just don't bash anyone.0

You are hoping to find a pill that will help you "tone"? Like a pill that replaces exercise?
Good luck with that!0 -
No such thing.0
-
No. Actually I workout 2 times a day 6 days a week. I'm not looking for a magic pill .0

Anyway maybe i should have been more specific so I wouldn't get comments like the guy up top, "ignorance " but I'm trying to bulk up but before that I want to rid all fat and start to build more muscle. I have a hard time keeping weight. I am toned just want to be more on the side of built muscle. Not just toned.0

You want a pill that will help you build muscle? Are you saying you are looking for steroids?

What does any of this have to do with your OP?0 -

What does this even mean?0 -
Built muscle?
Food and exercise - progressive weight training, specifically.0 -

And you'd be wrong again.0 -
I take lots of iron. For about an hour a day, 3-6 days a week. I believe in this product.0

I know of no pill that leads to muscle growth that is legal without a prescription.
As suggested, the way to build muscle is to eat more food and use an effective progressive resistance training program. You might find this useful:

lol..... no.
It sounds like you're asking for steroids, to be honest. Which no reputable doctor would ever prescribe for such use.

Uhhhh.
I take a multivitamin?
Generally I have found that lifting progressively heavier weights works wonders for muscles. That's just me tho.0 -
Flagging correct answers will just get you in trouble op.
And they are the correct answers.0 -
OP, in all seriousness, you are asking largely non-medical personnel to help you select a non-medically researched product (I.e. Supplement) that can effect your metabolism, which is largely controlled by the proper release of hormones in your body. And, you think the people that would help to point out this are ignorant?
You have two very different desires. You say you are already "toned", but you want to lose fat before you bulk. Tone is a term used almost exclusively in the fitness industry to describe a person with body fat low enough to see muscle definition. If you are already there why do you need a supplement to help?0 -
