What kind of supplements are you taking?

I'm currently taking Krill oil, a daily multi vitamin, 2500IUs of Vitamin D3, and whey protein. I'm going to stay on this for a couple of months because I've been doing it for a couple of weeks and I'm feeling good through out the day. What is everyone else supplementing with?

    I take a women's daily multivitamin everyday and usually whey protein. I occasionally take fish oil capsules, extra vitamin D for not-so-sunny days, and zinc with vitamin C.

    I am taking Flaxseed Oil Pills, Women's 1 a Day Multi Vitamin & Mega-T Green Tea with Acaia Berry Supplement

    I take a Men's multivitamin, Glucosamine, Omega 3 fish oils, and whey protein if I lift weights or run long.

    Celsius Mango Peach tea, 2000iu D3 & Natural Factors CardiOmega Q10.

    Fish oil, protien, psillium husks (for digestion).

    The only thing I take is a daily multivitamin from costco

    I take a B-complex (i've a vegetarian and the B series tends to be the vitamin most veggies are deficient in) and a prenatal (leftovers from when I was pregnant, basically a multi-vitamin)
