    Fruit, nuts, seeds, jerky... what kind of snacks are you looking for? What kind of calorie goals are your trying to make up with these snacks? What macro profile do you need to hit with them?

    I snack on things like; carrots, grapes, apples, handful of raisins or peanuts. Sometimes I get a slice of bread with cheese. Stuff like that
