@FatCopThinCop - I'm all for eating more organic and less ultra processed food, but how much of them is really key for weight loss. Do you use a digital food scale and weigh all your solid foods and measure your liquids?0

To lose weight, you can eat absolutely anything, so long as you eat little enough of it.

It may help if you keep those 3 things separate.
Calorie deficit is required to lose fat........ There is now way around this fact
Working out is done for fitness....... Killing yourself in the gym doesn't equal losing fat. Strength and endurance are your goals here
Eating clean is your choice of foods....... Think of "clean eating" as your food fashion or your style.
