Hello! I've had myfitnesspal before, used it once and then never went on it again until now. I've been working out for about a month and a half a kept eating the same way I was eating before. Essentially a poor diet full of empty calories and fried foods. I'm hopeful that tracking my diet will help me with my healthy-living journey. I love the idea of a community where we can support each other. If anyone has delicious recipes they would like to share, I am all ears!

    Welcome to the boards! One small bit of advice: count ALL your calories. In the past, I didn't count coffee creamers and alcoholic beverages. But now I do, because they really add up. Good luck. I know you'll do well!
