So I lost already this week...yeah!! Another 1.5lbs!! Only 8 pounds to lose.....we should keep the 10lbs a month goal til xmas.....something to strive for guys!!
Start of challenge :234.5lbs
Today: 232.5lbs ohhhhhh.....can I get outta the 230's this week??....I best bust my butt off!!0 -
HI all today was my official weigh in day where i actually log my results even though i weigh everyday (it keeps me accountable) anyways results so far. I might post tomorrow as well as we did start the challenge on wed.
1st June - CW - 177.6
7th June - CW - 174.8 - 2.8 Lb loss so far hopefully on track for the 10lb loss.
2nd July - GW - 1670 -
I'm in!!!!
SW (3rd June): 199
Now (7th June): 198
GW (1st July): 1890 -
Well after a week of the couch 2 5k and extra workouts on off days, I am up 2 pounds for this weigh in
this is not a good start to this challenge....I don't understand how I can be giving my all to the c25k program and be up!! Hopefully my next weigh in will be better....

Lost 2 lbs this week! I've got to say it's a lot easier with support from other people working hard at it too! Thanks guys for keeping me motivated!!!!!! Keep up the great work!:happy:0

Not sure what happened this week but dang 4.5lbs down!!!
Start: 234.5
Now: 230.......this is the most I have lost in a week since I started......must be the Zumba!! LOL!!
6lbs to go to reach mini goal.......yay!!
