This Site has helped me monitor my caloric intake like never before. I've noticed that as log as I long into this as much as possible, it definately keeps me on track with food, drinks, and excercise. Has anyone else felt the ethusiasm I have about this site??:laugh:

    yes i love it more than every other one i've ever used. it's so well organized.

    i am new to it, but i absolutely think it is fantastic! all of my peeps at work are using it too. makes it fun and interesting as well as it gives you motivation to stay with in your goals.
