Hi there!
Started 2 days ago exercising at the gym. I'm aiming for 4-5 days work out but some of my friends tells me to drop it to 2 max 3 days/week. What are the best machines to burn calories?

    To burn the most calories is to do cardio. Jump rope is the best cardio. 10 minutes of that is just as good as 30 minutes of jogging. I'd say 20 mins of jump rope should be enough. Feel free to ask me for anything!

    Exercise as much as you are comfortable with :]

    I started off exercising around 2-3 times a week. Now I go around 4 times a week.
    You don't want to over-do it else you'll burn out and cause injury, but you want to go enough that it becomes habitual. You'll find your own routine, don't listen to others opinions :)

    The treadmill and elliptical machine are two of my personal favourite cardio machines.
