DVD recommendation

I'm a SAHM mom, so I get my workouts done in the living room. I already have a DVD program that I do in the morning, but I also like to do one at night, just to get a little added bonus.

What would you recommend for an evening bonus? I'm looking for something fun, like a dance video or something.

Thanks!

I have done Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and enjoyed it. A good dancing DVD program is the new Cize dance program with Shaun T.

My wife loves Focus T25. It's only 25 minutes, and she powers through it first thing in the morning before she gets the kids up for school.

Leslie Sansone Walk At Home is a lot of fun. Not dancey at all though (I can't dance). Try a workout or 2 on YouTube to see if you like it. 30 Day Shred is out there too (though I can't stand Jillian myself).

    Leslie Sansone:

Jessica Smith has a few dance related walks......Dance Party (Zumba Walk) Disco Walk, Dance & Walk

These sites sell DVDs & provide video clips. Videos are reviewed by professionals so you get info like impact level, choreography level, and a list of equipment needs

I like shopping these sites because I don't like anything too high impact.

I like a lot of The Firm dvds, as well as some Denise Austin and Jillian Michaels.

This is me. Shaun T is great and if I liked dancing I'd do the Cize DVD of his. I read about 100 reviews and bought alpha, beta and gamma. Will be finished in 2 weeks, down 12 pounds, and in the best shape I've been in years! Worth every penny.

I had previously tried Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs. To me, the dance DVDs are a waste of time, hence why I didn't even bother with Cize. As far as Shaun T goes, it's either Insanity MAX:30 or Focus T25 for me.
