So I'm at my top weight and when I realized I'm about to cross 300 lbs I realized I have to change my life. I've been self loathing for too long. I want to feel good...

I started counting calories with a 2lb per week goal and it hasn't been easy, but I've been doing well for a few weeks and already lost a few lbs.

I hike and do low impact, high intensity training. I plan to start strength training this weekend.

Here's to my journey to a new self image and a more active lifestyle! I could use a few friends on here in the same position to cheer on/cheer me on. Wish me luck!
