If you're very picky - what kinds of foods will you not eat? Some of the things I eat for breakfast are omelets with toast. I usually mix egg whites with two whole eggs and add green peppers, jalapenos, cheese, spices and sometimes ham. I then usually eat that with an English muffin or toast. If you like eggs you could also try making your own breakfast sandwiches and freezing them and then reheating them when you're ready to eat them.
Sometimes I also eat double protein English muffins and peanut butter with my coffee and then have yogurt or a piece of fruit when I get to work.
You could also do oatmeal with dried fruits on top.
My breakfasts are usually put-together-quick type meals because I'm usually on a time constraint in the morning to get to work.

List what foods you do eat?
You could have four strips of bacon for breakfast and one or two pieces of toast.0 -
My daily routine improved out of sight the day i realized there is no such thing as breakfast food, just food. East whatever appeals to you, it doesn't need to be eggs or today or cereal based. if you want a sandwich, have one. Tuna on crackers? Go for it. Soup? Why not! Left over roast beef? Sure!
It's just another meal, don't feel obliged to eat the traditional stuff.

I sometimes throw some button mushrooms with cheddar on top into the oven for ten minutes. These are really yummy and need no seasoning. If you need more carbs, you can tuck a slice of white bread into one of the cups in the muffin pan (or two or three) and sprinkle mushroom and cheese on top. I would also add tomato to assure myself I am eating healthily. Salt, butter and pepper optional. Hope this helps!0
