Eating Schedule....

So i see that most ppl have set times throughout the day to eat... & idk wat times are best for me or how to figure them out? I generally wake up every morning at 630am n go to bed around 10pm... does anybody have any suggestions??

    I do my best to eat every 3-4 hours. So it will depend on when you usually eat in the morning...
    6:30am- wake up
    7am-coffe- Breakfast
    8am- Or breakfast
    11am-Snack AM
    1pm-Lunch
    4pm-Snack PM
    7-8pm-Dinner

    How many meals a day do you want to eat. I eat six small meals a day about every 3 hours.

    8:00 am bkfast
    10am snack...like yogurt or fruit
    12pm lunch
    3pm snack
    5pm dinner
    7pm snack
    and if i am still hungry at 10pm which I usually am because my body is used to eating every few hours I grab carrot sicks or other raw veggies.

    I eat with my kids. Breakfast at 7, snack at 10, lunch at 12, snack at 3, dinner between 5-6, and then I have a snack before bed, usually around 8.

    Turbo Fire plan suggests:
    Breakfast: within an hr of waking up
    snack: 2-3 hrs after breakfast
    Lunch: 2-3 hrs after snack
    snack: 2-3 hrs after lunch
    Dinner: at least 3 hrs before going to bed
