Every time I start eating healthy and consume a lot more fiber, my stomach makes really LOUD noises like every 3 minutes, and it usually starts after dinner. Does this happen to anyone else and does it go away?

Digestion. Drink more water, chew slower & smaller bites. And stay away from gum right after supper (apparently the chemicals in it increases gas?)

I've always been this way but I couldn't tell you why. My man laughs at me when we're laying in bed getting ready to sleep and all you can hear is the sound of my stomach hahaha

As long as I keep my fiber intake up! If I slip up for a few days, it starts up again :( I drink a ton of water but I do take pretty big bites and I don't chew quite as well as I should... Luckily, my husband and my dog have noisy tummies too, so I fit right in!

I drink a minimum of 100+ oz of water a day and my stomach still makes all those noises.

For as long as I can remember I have always been this way, but more recently, it has gotten much worst. Pretty much after every meal I eat I hear my entire meal being digested or whatever. Weird I know.
