    You are very welcome ....take it one day at a time .....my advice is don't try to change everything all at once (for example log everything you have eaten in the past and change 1 thing at a time like instead of chips have fruit ect ect)

    you didn't gain weight over night and you certainly won't lose it over night .....this is a sprint not marathon ..... also if you don't have a food scale I would encourage you to get one ...it was certainly an eyeopener when I started weighing my food :)

    I will be definitely getting a food scale. Get tip. Thanks for the advice and motivation to actually do something.
