I just read an article that says as you age there's a chemical that's released while eating that prevents you from feeling full. Is that true?

    If anything I feel like it's the opposite! I'm not old enough yet to know, but you think your days through puberty/ teens would be the time where you can't feel full! (At least for me lol)

    I'm 51 yo and it's not true for me. I get full as easily as I always did.

    I can say that, after losing weight and changing my diet completely in the last year, and this can have an impact on it, I never ever fill full, even after eating a whole roast chicken
