I use Plant Fusion chocolate protein powder, 1 Tbsp peanutbutter or PB2, half a banana, 1 Tbsp cocoa powder, a shake of cinnamon, 1 cup sugar-free almond milk, ice. Yummmm!

Depending on the size of the bananas that can really get high in sugar. plus the metabolism in them. Two bananas is really a lot to eat for one meal. UNLESS you do not eat them a lot. :)

Yeah, I guess you can change it up a little, use half the ingredients and such.

I do this, but I use half a frozen banana (I don't need it so sweet) instead of two unfrozen and a tbsp or two of peanut butter. I also usually use closer to 2-3 tbsp of cocoa powder. LOVE chocolate!
