Howdy!

I am motivated to eat healthier to support my activity levels and not gain more weight. I am learning there is a fine balance between eating enough to fuel exercise and eating too much. Need to lean up a bit to improve my run times. I would love to connect with people seeking support, who can inspire and motivate me as well. I love to cycle to work (approximately 12.5 miles each way), run (have done 6 half marathons and training for first full), and hike.
