All depends on your age, height and weight and how fit you are.

    So very personal.

I burn between 78 and 111 calories. But that doesnt mean anything for you. Our stats has to be exact the same and we have to be equally fit ( same heart rate etc) And next to that exercise at the same level too lol.

I love Leslie Sanson! I have six of her DVDs need to get motivated to use them again.
Calories burned depends on your age weight and how tall you are and how much you keep up. I would suggest to get a pedometer or something to keep track of your heart rate. I hope I helped!

read a blog with her being interviewed and answering questions, she recommended logging each mile (approx 15mins) without using handweights/etc as 100 calories under general aerobics if you are keeping up with the beat, so thats how i log each mile no matter which ones i do..i don't log the warm up and cool downs anymore though..

she did mention weight/height/etc plays a factor at how much you will burn and that the 100 cal was approximately.
when using hand-weights/etc, 25-50 calories more can be added to mile.

i added "Leslie Sansone Walk-at-home (mile/100)" to database last wek, so all i have to do is enter mile/s time.

100 calories for 15 minutes means 400 in an hour
That is much for just walking
When i do my walk/jog everyday i sometimes just hit the 400 calories ( i am 150 lbs atm and 50 years)
And i jog about 30 minutes in those 60 minutes!

So 100 calories for a mile or in 15 minutes will be only for some people ( like very obese etc)

I use a HRM for my steady cardio and have 6 lab results ( V02 max) From when i was heavier and i know pretty accurate that my HRM is just slightly off.

Walking is great and burns calories but not that much as given here as most people think.

I always logged it as low-impact aerobics. I don't use a HRM so I don't know for sure, but it's not a super intense work-out and I'd rather underestimate.
