Making the effort to get up early and go to my yoga class (the yoga, not the getting up bit!). Also the ridiculous number of clicks from my back during practice (I have scoliosis) and the fact I'm not feeling stiff any more! Have a great day

My mom was the one who knocked on my door at 6:30am and told me we're going to the gym! Usually it's me to her, and usually I get turned away!
We had a great workout together and even had time to sit and chat after! 0 -
