Hi everyone,

I went to Pilaties for the 1st time last night and it was great:smile: Does anyone know how many calories it burns in 1hr.

    That depends on your weight. For me it's about 170. It is in the exercise database (spelt "pilates" btw) so you can add it and see what you've burnt for your weight.

    I do Pilates too and MFP says 244 cals burned for 60 mins :flowerforyou:
