NOT LOSING WEIGHT!!!

Hi there, I have 9 kgs to loose. Initially, I lost 2Kgs and was very excited. The following week I gained a kilo and this week I've gained another kilo. What am I doing wrong I've been calorie counting for 18 days and am being very vigilant. HELP!!! Please.

    Same here weighing everything and gaining. But I have a thyroid condition so not sure if levels are off or if just water retention due to new exercise. Just frustrating. I understand.

    @seska422 that flow chart about covers it. Good one.

    The only reason you gain fat is if you eat more calories than you burn, your body will store the extra energy as fat. "Weight" is a different matter. If we're talking a single kilo (2.2lbs)... that's normal.
