    Not only am I Irish but I am a BIC, looking to get back, been working at it awhile but need some encouragement. How are you ladies doing today? Get out and walk if you can it is beautiful day here in NJ.

    Hello from Northern Ireland :smile: Been maintaining my loss for 2+ yrs now but don't actively seek out friends any longer, I was spending too much time trying to be supportive... I do browse the forums though, alot! :smile:
