Hi, I'm Julie. Just started back on my fitness pal. Althoug I have lost weight in the past two years, I feel I've hit a plateau. Given the fact that I work out 5 to 6 times a week, I realize that I need to change my eating habits to hit my goal. This is why I started back on this program, wish me luck.
