    Hey, how do you add a new weight without having to "quote" and repost every week? Or is that just what you have to do?

    Woah, had a 2.2kg loss this week! Despite eating more than the week before, when I only lost 0.3kg. Maybe slightly higher cals is the way to go!

    *Good news: I was able to stop taking my blood pressure medicine last Saturday and my blood pressure is perfect! :smiley:

    Bad news: My doctor warned me that I may see some weight gain from water retension...and she was right. :blush:

    So...i am adjusting my expectations and I don't even mind because being HEALTHIER is the whole point, not just a number on the scale!

    How do you keep yourself motivated to stay on track? I want to lose weight but I have a love/hate relationship with food! Please share any tips that you may have to continue staying on track

    Started a challenge this week so I've been exercising quite a bit and eating back 50% of the exercise calories, and it seems to be working. I'm very happy with how things are going!

    Hey, I'm still bad at eating clean all the time (today's lunch wasn't the best, ops!) but everyday I wear my heart rate monitor (I have a polar) and so I see where I'm at with my calories and if I'm behind or not where I should be by about 7 then that means I need to go move a lot more! If you don't have one I would get one. I swear it makes a world of a difference!!

    Thanks Nicole! I have a Fitbit and it helps. I walk at least 4 times a week after work and try and get in 3 miles. It's the food I have issues with especially since I have a really bad sweet tooth! I always want something sweet after I eat. I just really need to have portion control when I eat...ugh eventually I will get there. Thanks for the advice and good luck with the rest of the weight loss weeks we have left :smile:

    I have tried it but unfortunately it's not the sweet that satisfies my sweet tooth

    I also find myself craving sweet stuff after I eat. I find it helps if I drink a lot of water while I'm eating. Also, I buy small portion-controlled sweet stuff, like mini frozen yoghurts. Doesn't always work, but mostly it does!
