I haven't lost any weight in 2 weeks, days like today I felt like giving up, but then I compared these two pictures!! Is this normal for me not to be loosing weight?

That is a very noticeable difference in basically a month. Just imagine 3 months from now, 6 months from now. Congrats!0

Yes, there's definitely a difference! You may have hit a plateau, and just need to find a way to get past it!0

Remember the scale is just a number. It's evident that you are loosing weight. I haven't lost any weight in two weeks, however I can tell a change in the way my clothes fit and my energy levels. I know it's easier said that done, but sometimes you have to look at other ways to gauge your success. So in answer to your question, Yes this is normal. Just keep doing what you're doing (logging, exercising, drinking plenty of water, getting good rest/sleep, etc.) and the scale will catch up.0

I'm so proud of you for not giving up. You will definitely have plateau in your weight loss journey but they shall pass. I personally plateau for 6 weeks one time. Just hang in there. I know these moments are tough. However hundreds even thousands of woman on here (MFP) would love your outcome of weight loss target in the mid section (belly especially). Good Luck!!!

Edited to add: I am such a dork! Lol. I already HAVE you as a friend! =P
Hey love!!! Oh my gawsh! SOOO much of a change. I posted my results a little bit ago. And while it looks like I've lost a decent amount, I have also only lost about 3kg... So don't go for just numbers on the scale. I've lost 20cm from my stomach.
I've sent you a request. It's nice to have someone else to journey through that frustrating scale stickiness. I sometimes wonder if I just imagine it. And this is the change!
So definitely don't just go by scales!

Initial weight loss happens quickly as you change your diet/move around more. The best thing I could say is that you should adjust your diet accordingly in order to continue seeing progress. Might have to go a bit lower on your calories or need to be honest with yourself and say you aren't being accurate with your counting. You don't just plateau like that.
Anyways, you've made good progress so far.0 -
Awesome job!!! Sometimes the number on the scale doesn't matter....it's the difference u see in the mirror, the way your clothes fit, and the inches you've lost. Keep up the good work!0
