inner thigh exercises

Do exercises like outer thigh lift. Side kicks. Dog weeing up lampost exercise. Only way I can explain it ha. Tone thighs?x

    Body weight exercises, Squat all kinds, lunges all kinds. Plyometrics. There are all sorts of exercises goole it. Check out the Bodyrock.tv page she has tones of great body weight exercises

    I've really noticed a difference since starting JM's 30 DS, and her No More Trouble Zones. I'm not quite up to bodyrock.tv's workouts yet, but I want to get there eventually!

    I love the last circuit of JM's NMTZ for legs, it really tones. And when doing the leg lifts I like putting my weight in my hand and resting it on my leg to make for more of a workout.
  • lunges on a bosu ball (side and forward)
    squats on a bosu ball
    butt kicks (on all fours raising your foot towards your butt (bent knee)

    squats are really the best, to make them harder use a weight in your hands, or better yet do a kettlebell swing and this will tone all over and burn fat!

    I doubt these are very helpful, but I'm not an expert. Agree with other posters on lunges and squats - I started weighted lunges Sunday, and could really feel it in the front, back, and lateral thighs the next day - but my inner thighs are still a little sore! Overdid it a little.

    squats and lunges with weights and kb swings for sure.
