Goal Weight for Tall Guys

I am getting back into this with a fitbit purchase and really like the calorie monitoring. I lost 60 lbs a year plus ago (255-195) by doing my own program and not counting calories. In the last year, I became a bit lazy with my diet and currently 207.
I am 44 and 6-3. Even when I got down to my previous goal weight of 195 I was carrying a bit in my belly, love handles and the annoying side moobs.
Curious what I should target given my height & age. What are other's experience?

I'm 51 and 6'9". Currently 214, down from 335. I have some fat I wouldn't mind losing, but I am not displeased at this point. I'm trying to eat enough to bulk, then I'm hoping to cut and then recomp/maintain. We'll see.0
