That title pretty much sums up how I feel. After high school I was pretty much a couch potato for years lol. I was the laziest person I knew. I would fight with people that tried to make me walk to the corner store. Now I'm 8 months in and I've gone from 384lbs to 309lbs. I'm still not where I would like to be, but damn if I don't feel a hell of a lot better. Now I feel like I'm my age, you know, now I'm up and have energy, I feel great, alive and definitely more comfortable in my own skin. I'm not sure if anyone actually reads these lol but if you do all I can say is don't give up, I know it's hard to stay motivated but if I can do it so can you. God bless.
