Thank you so much for posting that, it is extremely helpful! I am a list-maker (I even write down tasks I've completed that weren't on the list, just so I have the satisfaction of crossing them off, lol), but there are certainly some more tips that I could begin to implement. I never made the connection between being organized in the rest of my life and losing weight. One tip I might add is that I always try to make sure those last-minute dishes are done & the kitchen is clean, so I don't walk into a messy kitchen in the morning and start my day already feeling overwhelmed.0
