I also got an Egg McMuffin this morning because I know I won't be eating lunch until pretty late today! Oh, and no Canadian bacon. I just don't like how it smells. For some reason an Egg McMuffin (or even making the same darn thing at home) keeps me satisfied for hours and hours.0 -

I had a 3 mile run, 2 hard boiled eggs, one tarte original yogurt (interesting, I'll have to try it again to see if I like it), a bit of granola and a dove dark chocolate0
