Hi everyone. I hope everybody is achieving their goals! I'm new to MFP, and looking for some partners in crime. Heading to Hawaii with my beautiful wife in the spring and doing my best to stack some muscle and shed the domestic tummy. W/O 4 days a week, protein, protein, protein!
