My workout list includes, Rob Zombie, Chevelle, 5-Finger Death Punch, Red, and a couple other randoms. I have 3 go-to songs before a big set that I like depending on how I feel that day.

    1. Red - "Feed the Machine"
    2. Evans Blue - "This Time is Different"
    3. Chevelle - "Well Enough Alone" or "Takeout the Gunman" these 2 are tied for 3rd. :)

I love to start each workout with "Go, You Chicken Fat, Go" by the Cherry Bombs. It was the song in an Apple ad last year and it really makes me smile when I start with it!

Lately I've been obsessed with Punk Goes Pop covers on Spotify - they're exactly what they sound like, covers by punk bands of pop songs. They're fast and fun and perfect for working out IMO. There's also an album by a band called Four Year Strong called "Explains it All" that is all punk covers of 90s pop songs...super fun and funny. Their cover of "Ironic" by Alanis Morissette (sp?) is a particular favourite, but I can happily listen to that one front to back while I'm running.
