Shredding

Hello ! I was wondering , for anybody who's quite familiar with weight lifting if they can give me any tips and food ideas as far as daily meals goes. I've been healthy bulking for a couple of weeks now and it's time to shred all of that away.
Does anyone have suggestions as far as what I should be cooking daily? I mainly stay with chicken breast, fish, vegetable and a lot of fruits through out the day with at least 2 fats per week.

I was going to seek a nutritionist so I don't make " mistakes " while shredding but I figured to ask here first :) thanks in advance!

    Bulking for a couple of weeks and already cutting? I'm not sure Armold in his prime with elite roids could bulk much in a couple of weeks.

    Maintain or even increase protein. Cut carbs if water weight concerns you. Imo.
