i hate doing cardio without music. it really affects how hard i push myself.

honestly- it makes such a huge difference. i love doing cardio when i have good music.

    I don't listen to anything. It's too distracting for me. If I did, it would probably be MSI, some ska, and some old school hardcore

    I listen to audiobooks. If I try to listen to music I get distracted trying to find the 'perfect' song, never successfully.
