Hi.
Started the 30ds last night level 1 and it was really good, made me sweat buckets and today I feel the muscles in my arms, abs and legs have tightened.
I've been looking at the before and after pics of women on here who have done it and received amazing results within the 30 days and it has motivated me to keep at it. I'm a big girl, size 18-20 and weigh 248lbs but have some gym experience as I managed to lose a stone last year while attending until I plateaued and quit.
My question is baring all this in mind and a healthier eating lifestyle I've now begun where I've cut out junk food, sugar and cooking from scratch would I expect to receive similar results in 30 days also or would I need to do more? I'm buying the Banish Fat and Increase Metabolism one so I can rotate them every other day.
Bare in mind I also have PCOS working against me, any information is great.
Thanks x

I'm on Day 7 (5ft. 201 lbs) and I definitely feel stronger. I still can't do "Natalie's high intensity", so I just follow "Anita".
I'm doing other cardio activities throughout the day. If I do 30DS in the morning, I'll walk/jog or do a zumba class.
The best thing is to listen to your body. If you feel like you can do more physical activity later in the day, then do it. If you're totally exhuasted, don't push yourself.
Good luck mama!0 -

Serene7193,I've JUST started using the fitnesspal myself and absolutely applaud you for your determination!!! I am very familiar with PCOS as my daughter has it as well as a few good friends. I'm also a nurse so my friends had me go to one of the nationally knows physicians with them a number of years ago to help interpret/ask questions. With all that in mind I do simply have one question in mind....are you on any medications to aid your insulin in working. This,as I understand it,is vital. Blessings to you in your journey-0

I feel I could probably do more problem is I work 8am-5pm so only get the chance to workout in the evening not giving my muscles enough time to rest so only do the one, I do get on the kinect and do zumba also sometimes.
Thanks x0 -
I just started 30 Day Shred also last night. My daughter and I tried it together. It is a really good workout and I love that it is not an overly long workout. But I definitely felt the burn and I do it lower impact. I am sure that we will see results from our efforts soon. I plan on doing it every other day because I have been walking every other day. Good luck with it!0

If you ate 1400 calories a day (which is what she recommends) you should drop at least 15 lbs could be 30lbs in the 30 days.0

Thanks.
I'm on metformin, the mini pill and xenical tho I admit I don't always take the metformin like I should. I'm also anaemic so on the iron tablets to stop my count getting too low which it always does.
I dont expect to see a dramatic loss after the 30 days but would like to see a change in my shape definition like the other ladies.0
