so I've had my activity pop for a while now aale I can't get my headroom d the calories burned per day ... Since switching from my Vivofit my daily calories have dropped dramatically... If I add activities such as yoga or another exercise class is immediately takes them off not including them in my calculations I know I burned these calories because I wear a hrm.

So advice is welcome on what I've done wrong in the set up or is this a flaw?

    Hi.
I have exactly the same problem. I'm consistently in negative calories with the activité pop.

It's seems my fitness pal is consistently calculating that my activity (in calories) is far less than what my withings app is projecting.

This means that i am consistently in negative calories for my excercise (even if I far exceed a goal of 10,000 steps a day!)

I had/have a Withings Pulse O2, but switched to a Fitbit One for the very reason you guys are having, because I want to see negative calorie adjustments if the happen. It's a bit complicated to explain, but what is happening has to do with how MFP calculates the Withings calorie adjustment (simple math really) and the fact that you cannot add exercise activities into the Withings Dashboard. (Note: if you only do step based activities then the Withings calorie adjustment works as expected. You can also just turn off Negative Calorie Adjustments.) It's easier to understand using and example. Let's say you set your activity level to sedentary in MFP and MFP calculates, based on your goals, a daily goal of 1600 calories. On day (a) below Withings says you burned the same number of calories as your MFP goal, thus a 0 Withings Calorie Adjustment. On day (b) below Withings says you burned the less than the number of calories as your MFP goal, thus a -100 Withings Calorie Adjustment. On day (c) below Withings says you burned the more than the number of calories as your MFP goal, thus a +100 Withings Calorie Adjustment. So far so good as long as the Withings Calories Burned is all step based activities and you had your tracker on. The problem arises when you do a non-step based activity and you put that in your MFP Exercise Log. So let's say on day (d) you do 1600 calories of step based activity, however in addition you do a non-step based activity, say cycling that is not recorded by your Withings device. Let's say that MFP credits you with 400 calories for that cycling effort, thus a total of 2000 calories for your MyFitnessPal Calories Burned on day (d). As you can see, because Withings is unaware of your cycling effort and how MFP does the math, you get a negative -400 Withings Calorie Adjustment. Obviously not what you are expecting. At the moment, the only way to deal with this issue when using Withings tracking devices is to turn off negative calorie adjustments.
