That's great! I'm on a similar path. Started at 220 and aiming for 135. Currently 160. :) I'm enjoying the process.

    Thank you all!
    5 days per week-gym 2 hours
Gym workout: 5 days per week
    5miles every day
1/2 hr weight lifting every day
15 min sauna 3-4 times per week
    Food:
No dinner or no food after 4PM
I trained myself and it took me 3 days to get used to to go to bed hungry.
    No junk food.
Low carb food (meats and veggies) and fruits.
No nuts for me it stalled my weight results.
No soda only water and Perrier.
Turkish coffee 2 times a day- can't go without and it had to stay or no success.
Coconut oil for body cream- it helped with stretch marks
Sorry for a long post but it all comes to that you must want this. Once I had a grip why I wanted this it was so much easier.
Right now I am doing 3x per week gym as I only have 10-15 lbs more to lose.

This was a practice I took upon and it worked for me. Of course I had an apple or cheese stick if it was too much but once you train your body and mind it is easy.
I rather be lean then too skinny or fat. I rather beat diabetis, which I did. There are many benefits to eating healthy than enjoying junk food. Thanks for a compliment!
