3 Months: 12 Kg

I need a friend to motivate each other every day and don't overeat. Would be great to have similar goals, my aim is to lose 1 kg every week -which is not impossible, and 12 kg at total so I will be 60 at the end of January.

1. Work out every day
2. Eat clean

For 3 months. Who is up for it??

    Just some things to remember:
    • Weight loss is not linear. You will have some weeks were you lose a nice chunk and some were you will maintain. Some weeks you might see a slight gain (hormones around TOM are a big culprit of this for women). For this reason I recommend using an app like Libra or Happy Scale that will keep trends and running averages for you.
    • With working out everyday, be sure that at least one day is a light activity day. If you do high intensity 7 days a week you won't be giving your body time to recover. Not only can this result in lots of water retention, you run the risk of injuring yourself and not being able to workout for days, weeks, or even months (depending on the injury). Listen to your body and be careful.

Thank you :)). Yes, I noticed it is not linear when I was 70.5 one day and 73.2 the other... Having a light intensity day makes a lot of sense actually, I will do it that way, for recovery.
