Need some ideas to get more fiber in my diet. So lets makes a list of your go to fiber packed foods...go!

    fiber one cereal - original - just need 1/2 cup in the morning - and it actually tastes good!

    Apples (with the skin) have about 5g of fiber...makes for a great snack! Also black beans are packed with fiber, can you say easy dinner side dish? :)

    Kashi GoLean Crunch - Honey Almond Flax cereal

    it's like eating a very crunchy MaryJane candy. 1 cup (53 grams) keeps me full for hours. Great taste, filling, 8 grams of fiber and 9 grams of protein. It's a winner for me.

    Apart from fruits, legumes and veggies, you can include fiber rich breakfast.. All Bran.. Oats... etc...

    Typically close if not over my fiber goal:

    Berries!!!
    Whole fruits and veggies (including skins whenever possible)
    Flat Out Whole Wheat Wraps
    Kashi Cereals (My fav. has 13g protein ~9g fiber)
    Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
    Whole Wheat pastas
    Seeds (Flax or Chia every day)
    Snacks high in fiber (like Kashi or other supplements like Clif - depending on the bar)

    Kelloggs Protien Plus cereal and Kelloggs Fiber Plus Antioxidants Bars. These bars are AWESOME, almost like eating a candy bar:)
