I am starting up a monthly challenge from June 12-July 10th. I will need everyones SW and GW by Friday of this week, (you can post here, but also please send to my inbox). Each week we will have a weigh in and a weekly winner. Also, I would like people to post recipes and anything else that will help us all out. I hope you will join me and Lets Do This........

O AFM - For my diet, I have drastically cut carbs and alcohol (both are my weakness) .... Exercise, I try and do 4 - 5 times a week ... mostly cardio with some strength training.0 -
