Men's Gym Clothing

Options
Hi guys, I'm really starting to get onto my workouts and I've stumbled across a problem.
I've found that my underwear is restricting my movements.
I also want any suggestions on your favorite shorts and shirts you have found to offer the perfect workiut-thanks in advance, Jphn, Connecticut.

Don't spend a lot of money. Go to Target and Walmart for gym clothes that aren't expensive and decent. For workouts, compression shorts work better than underwear in some cases.

Under armour boxer jocks are great for working out. They stretch are moisture wicking and give just the right support..

Cotton blends with 3-5% spandex are really comfortable/breathable...becoming really trendy now.
They layer well for the winter as well say over cotton or under fleece

Usually these clothes are worded with "stretch" somewhere in the description, but always look at the tag for material composition

I buy Nike running shorts on sale - they have a liner that precludes the need for underwear. Very comfortable.

Eastbay is having a sale on compression clothing right now.
