I am watching this video on youtube that I got from my massage therapist and I am shocked. I knew how bad sugar and high fructose syrup, sugary foods and drinks and carbs are. But watching all these facts are mind boggling .
It is a little long but it is so worth watching it, it is an eye opener and I thought it was worth to share with all of you guys.

Horribly misleading video, actually. He irresponsibly presents data that has no relevance to the practical consumption of HFCS. He cites studies that feeds rodents unbelievably high amounts of HFCS, rodents where the DNL pathway (de novo lipogenesis - pathway that converts carbs to fat) is very active, where as it is not in humans.
If you really want to learn, see a debate that occurred between Lustig and nutritionist Alan Aragon. Based on the data, it is clear that Lustig's argument is severely lacking and that he misconstrued data to fit his belief:
