Hi there! I'm going to lose 40lbs as well. I am a nurse (17+ years), mother of three, wife and work full time. I can say that gaining weight in nursing school is pretty common, given the hectic schedule . You're making a great start by being here!

Nursing school is tough! Not sleeping and stress of studying alone will do it! Ive been through it last year and still suffering to lose it! My realistic advice to you is take a couples hours out of studying and prepare meals for the next few days while in school. Nursing school and working out never worked for me! You have a goal and that is to PASS NCLEX! After you get that RN/BSN/MSN you can work out! Good luck!

I feel you! The pounds creep up. I would love to lose that much but I'm trying to make smaller goals... Like 10 for now
