Hey guys just a quick question I have mfp set to lightly active but do a fair bit of walking (normally between 10,000 - 15,000 steps a day with the pacer app with just everyday walking) Should I change my activity level or leave it the same? Also today pacer said I burn't 700 calories should I eat those back? Thanks

If you have Pacer set up with MFP, it's personal preference as the numbers even out no matter the activity level. If not, definitely go up a level, especially if you're losing faster than anticipated.0

I wouldn't worry about eating those calories back right away. Instead focus on weight lost in a week. If you are losing weight too quickly (yes that is possible, and not a good thing) then up your total amount. If you aren't seeing the scale move much maybe trim back slightly.0
