    Jenny Craig is a total waste of your money. You can buy the same processed foods they have at coop grocery store. I showed my wife at first she didn't believe me but then took pictures of the labels.
    If you are the type of person that needs to spend money to do something like losing weight then go for it as it does work The reason it works is because eating their processed foods will have you eat at a calorie deflict. Did i mention that these are all processed foods, watch out for the sodium count.

    Hi all - is this still an active group? I'm on Jenny too! I've joined their community forums as well, (FYI concordancia, they DO have a site), but I'm primarily on this one, so I'd love to connect with any of MFPers who do do Jenny.
