It only took 20 days for me to meet my goal weight/look. I didn't lose that much weight because I'm already slim but more so I wanted to tone areas. I had been eating bad and it really started to show. I played basketball in college so I never had to watch what I ate but since I've graduated, it's been done what of a struggle. I met my goal but then some months later, I found myself right back in square one. I'm not happy with my body now but I'm officially back on it. Best of luck to everyone and their successes
